Challenge
This radon sub-slab depressurization system installed in Potomac, MD, had an aesthetic challenge: the roof overhang in this house is extended, which made the homeowner concerned about the appearance of his house after the radon mitigation system is installed
Solution
The solution was to install the radon gas discharge pipe through the roof overhang for a much more aesthetically pleasing look.
This customer complimented us several times on the appearance and functionality of this installation. Additionally, the radon levels were lowered to 0.7 pCi/L, which is very close to outdoor levels.
